Launched in 2021 by married couple Lilly and Ned, the venture was born from a deep desire to extend and share their experience of self discovery through holistic well-being and energy healing. Their transformative journey ignited a passion to support others, in navigating the ebbs and flows of everyday life with grace and resilience.
