Your Order Will Be Shipped Within 2-3 Working Days Via Tracked Standard Second Class Hermes Delivery Or Tracked International Hermes Delivery.

Returns 
We really hope you to be happy with your order. But if something goes wrong or you’re unhappy, please contact us immediately at hello@freespiritcrazydiamond.com and we will do our best to make things right. 

We have a 30 day money-back guarantee on our products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless goods are faulty. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards

- Used Candles, sage, incense and any other smoke cleansing items 


- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we ask that you keep a proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over £15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds 
Once we received your return, we’ll check things over then let you know we have received your returned item.

If you require a refund then we will process it swiftly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually with 5-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days please double-check with your credit or debit provider as it can take some time for refunds to be posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
